Quality Inn Denver Northeast Brighton offers a mix of experiences for its guests. The rooms are described as great and comfortable, with polite and professional staff. The front desk staff, particularly a friendly employee, received positive remarks for being helpful and courteous. Guests appreciated the early check-in and late check-out options, as well as the breakfast that included scrambled eggs and sausage. However, some guests reported issues with road noise from front-side rooms and found the prices somewhat high for the area. On the downside, there are complaints about the hotel being under construction, with visible equipment and overflowing trash cans in the lobby. Some guests faced significant problems, such as a lack of running water and rude staff during their stay. While the hotel has integrity, as shown by the return of a lost item, the overall condition of the facilities appears worn and in need of updates. Despite the mixed reviews, the quality of service from the staff seems to stand out positively.
Not bad, but definitely not a 3 Star hotel as advertised by Hotwire. Pool/whirlpool are out of service. It's fine if you just need a place to crash for a night. Breakfast was available, your standard waffles, etc nothing fancy. The whole property could use a deep clean, new carpets and new paint.
