“I've used hwy 85 storage on and off for the last 10 years. The rates are reasonable and the staff are extremely nice. Sometimes it feels like aome storages want to take your stuff when you miss a payment but hwy 85 storage has always been easy to work with and seem to care when you fall on bad times. Their payment options are great. They have auto pay, online pay and you can pay at the management office. Ive rented a variety of sized units and have even switched sizes as Ive moved things to my home or sold items. It is a convenient location between Brighton and Fort Lupton. Stuff does get a little dusty in the units but thats expected with it all being outdoors. Ive never had an issue with theft and always have felt safe while there. If you need storage in Brighton or Fort Lupton, I highly recommend them.”

“This is a great place to store your stuff. Very clean and they have carts to help you move your items in and out.
There are only 2 problems with them, they keep raising the rent. We have been there for about 1 and a half year anfd they have raise it 3 times. I think that is a little excessive. We were also told that we had ten days past our due date before they lock us out. Well we were only 6 days late and they sent us a email stating that they locked us out. Funny thing is we are paying it in the morning when they open and this is the only time that we have ever been late.”
