I went to this store and was told I needed to call customer service. That store are just selling stuff. I think they don’t have any one that knows how to fix or understand anyone problems. Don’t go there and waste your time.

1000000% complete bait and switch. I read several reviews where i get offers and discounts. I'm looking to upgrade my phone for an $800 credit. NOT A CHANCE when i go to the store. And......this is a corporate store, not a franchise. I have been a customer of Verizon for over 30 years and this is how i get treated. They could not possibly care less about their customers.DON'T GO HERE.

Went in for what was advertised as a "free upgrade." The rep spent 15 minutes in the back being coached by his supervisor on how to sell us a tablet that we never asked for. Since we declined the tablet they added $175 in fees when even though own our phones outright and were offered free upgrades.

We walked out empty handed. We wasted over 30 min of our time trying to get the "free upgrade" messages we've been spammed over and over about. Told multiple times it was a free upgrade only to be told it was going to be well over 100$ and a downgrade for my husbands phone. Not only that tried selling us a tablet we made zero comments about purchasing wasting another 15 minutes of our time. We were then again told oh ok yeah it's going to be 0$ without the tablet (that we never wanted) give me a minute and I'll get you your new print out. Comes back now charging a bunch of ridiculous fees... our phones are brand new, paid off, insured and we've been regular customers... no thanks sales thieves.

I have never been treated so rude in all my life. I was told I could exchange my new phone if I did not like it. 3 days later I go in to try to exchange my phone and they tell me I cannot. I got attitude right away from the lady checking in. This is the main Verizon store in Brighton colorado. Do not waste your time even going there especially if you're a minority!

Edyn and Anthony (mgr) were extremely helpful when I was upgrading to a iPhone 15 Pro Max. There was only one in stock. The store was full, and Edyn excused herself, because she thought someone else might sell it. She got it, otherwise I would have to back order it, and deliveries were taking 3 weeks. Anthony helped me the following day, because my old phone wouldn’t transfer to the new phone.

How do i get a hold of an associate. I went into the store regarding the promotion that was not applied on my account as advertised. Was told a manager will call me, I have not receive any calls, and voicemail was not left. It’s been more than 3 billing cycles. It’s giving false advertisement and I am not here for it.

My husband and I visited the store December 2022 and was looking at plans for our business. Stephon helped and stated they had a promo going on for new lines and $1000 credit trade in for certain IPhones. Our IPhone 12s applied so if we traded them in we would be able to get the IPhone 14 at no additional cost. I opted to get the IPhone 14 Pro Max so I had to pay additional for mine. We received our new phones in the mail and went to drop off our old phones at the store as we were told. Alba who was in charge of business accounts was busy with another customer so we were told they would take our old phones and when she was available she’ll go into our account to apply the credit. I didn’t feel comfortable with it but the store manager Matthew reassured me it’ll be fine and gave me his phone number and told me to take pictures of the stickers on the phones so he had something to reference too. He stated he’d be on vacation for a week but if things didn’t go through to call him and he’ll personally handle it. After many visits to the store and calls to Alba, Matthew, and Verizon Customer Service our issue still hasn’t been resolved. We keep getting the round about that the credit has been applied to both lines and will be reflected in next months bill. It’s now August 2023 and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. An $800 trade in credit was applied to one line but it wasn’t for the $1000 we were told. This by far has been the worst experience. Wished I would have seen the other reviews prior to my visit because it seems I’m not the only one experiencing similar issue. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Carlos was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was so great to work with and wish every store had someone like him. He cares about his clients and wants them to be greatly taken care of. Thank you Carlos for helping me with my phone!

Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy condescending, unattentive, and bitchy employees. Could never understand why people work a job they don't enjoy and take it out on other people, although working at Verizon probably requires the lowest effort and minimum skills. This location has personally made me switch to AT&T. Highly don't recommend coming here and also do your research on specifically what you want, don't take their promo offers that sound too good to be true. They falsely advertise. Requested to hear from their GM but doubt I will with their snobby ass attitudes and egos. If you're an employee reading this, contribute to society in a realistic way or at least be better as you work in customer service. Update: GM reached out and resolved situation which was very considerate. Review still stands for employees though. Just avoid location.

Stopped by to ask a couple questions on stuff going on with our phones. Very knowledgeable helped us out fairly quick.*Big note that dropping by close to closing is not recommended. Because if you don't have an appointment you might have to come back another day.

Did not know what they were doing and did not have stock on what they had the special on. So it was going to have to get shipped to me and then go back and take it in to get everything transferred over so it was supposed to be here today which we waited around all day long to find out it’s not gonna be delivered till Monday three days from now so that’s a total of five days that’s a bit much for them not having something in stock they should just have it transferred to the store and then you go back to that store and they have it. This is unacceptable especially when it was a waste of my one day off.
