“They are amazing. This is a locally owned franchise. I purchased the basic batteries reinstall, And they were incredible, Came out Connectors,, And the bracket that hold to my battery. Install installed in new battery they tested my alternator and starter. They truly went above and beyond.”
“I didn't shop here, or buy batteries. But I did pull into their parking lot to start cleaning up my 6 year old who vomitted in the car in the middle of highway 36 as it's right off the exit. One of the staff members there came out and offered us to come in through the back door and use their restroom to get cleaned up and found plastic bags for us for her clothes, etc. This was a small kindness, but meant a lot to us to help deal with a hard situation. So I don't know about their batteries, but I do know they're decent people! Thanks for help!”

She was overheating so I couldn't drive home. They were patient & understanding about my situation. I was able to get the part I needed & the coolant at this O'Reilly's. One of the workers helped me get my car put back together so I could get her to a mechanic.”

Pricing is right about the same as you could get online so you can put your hands on the battery you are considering and still get fair pricing.”

The whole interstate team was actually very helpful, I called around to find a top tier battery to a few different interstate battery locations and they actually gave me honest feedback and ultimately gave me a better understanding of the battery that was still going to be sufficient and reliable for my purposes. Between that store and this store , everyone was helpful and kind!”

“I've used this location for fixing screens on our phones before but this time I reached out to them to see about getting a new key and key fob for my recently purchased care. Jon, the employee I dealt with was very informative and honest about wishing he could help but not being able to because of the year and model of my car. He said their system was not able to support the programming. I appreciated his honesty and not wanting to give it a try. He made sure I knew there would be a possibility of the key I had no longer working if we tried. It says a lot about his character. Some people don't think about the possible consequences. “I needed my car battery tested, I had gone to Advance Auto 1st but the lady there said she couldn't test it, so I called O'Reilly and spoke with Mike, he said to come on down and he could test and replace it. The battery was bad, he was able to get me a battery and install a new one. He was great, went above and beyond!”

“I went to this O’Reilly‘s location this morning to correct a dead battery issue possibly turned out. He tested all of my equipment. The battery the auxiliary battery for the start stop the alternator and the starter. Christopher came out and located at the negative terminal was loose. He tightened it up vehicle started up no problem. I want to thank Chris personally for being straight with me and honest as I always have good deals with O’Reilly auto parts and thank O’Reillys for having people like him on staff, that actually care and take care of the customer

“I have a son with very severe autism. I don't like taking him to stores. This world wasn't built for him and he wasn't built for this world. We came to this O'Reilly location after we caused a scene with some very rude and not very understanding people at autozone. The staff at O'Reilly was very kind and made us feel welcome and that's not a common experience when I have my son with me. We were actually able to get everything we needed because of their kindness and understanding. 10/10”
