“I was literally standing in line at another phone repair shop when I received a text message from Fix My Phone offering a coupon to fix my phone there (because I had called earlier for a quote, I guess). I had stood so long waiting at the other place who had actually only quoted me $10 less than Fix My Phone to fix a cracked iPhone screen, that I decided to leave there and come to Fix My Phone instead since it was closer to home anyway. I walked in and was helped immediately. My cracked screen was fixed FASTER than they had estimated! Very impressive business. Great experience. I was glad they sent me that text offer because the other shop had said it would take 2-3 hours. This place did it in 30 minutes! The Fix My Phone that I went to in Westminster is conveniently located near a lot of shopping like Target and other stores so you can run errands while you wait.”
