“I've used this location for fixing screens on our phones before but this time I reached out to them to see about getting a new key and key fob for my recently purchased care. Jon, the employee I dealt with was very informative and honest about wishing he could help but not being able to because of the year and model of my car. He said their system was not able to support the programming. I appreciated his honesty and not wanting to give it a try. He made sure I knew there would be a possibility of the key I had no longer working if we tried. It says a lot about his character. Some people don't think about the possible consequences. “Tried to start my Nissan Leaf and it wouldn't start. After a little online searching it seemed that a possibility was that we needed a new 12V battery (I honestly did not know that electric cars also had regular car batteries). I called and spoke to someone and they helped me diagnose the situation, eliminate other possibilities, and helped me figure out what battery I needed. The tricky thing was that I was just recovering from a surgery and although I could drive I could not lift/replace a battery. Long story short, super friendly and helpful employee Asadel offered to bring the battery to our hose after he got off work (we live less than a mile away) and helped me with the installation. Both he and the first person I spoke with were very helpful. Super pleased withe the quality of service.”

“I needed my car battery tested, I had gone to Advance Auto 1st but the lady there said she couldn't test it, so I called O'Reilly and spoke with Mike, he said to come on down and he could test and replace it. The battery was bad, he was able to get me a battery and install a new one. He was great, went above and beyond!”

“Great customer service these guys went above and beyond we are not from here and our water pump went out. They were able to get one in about an hour. When it came in it was damaged by not fault of theirs just something that happens. They actually went across town to get another pump for us. Awesome customer service way to go guys.”

“They are amazing. This is a locally owned franchise. I purchased the basic batteries reinstall, And they were incredible, Came out Connectors,, And the bracket that hold to my battery. Install installed in new battery they tested my alternator and starter. They truly went above and beyond.”
