Broadlands Golf Course is described as a pretty solid course that is a lot of fun. The greens are impeccable and true, while the sand and rough are a bit rough. The course layout presents a fair challenge and is still enjoyable. It is fairly well‑maintained with good facilities. However, the pace is incredibly slow, taking over five hours to finish, and cart instructions only give a cart path, so some players walk. Pricing is premium for a mid‑tier course; solo play with a cart is $94, adding a large bucket raises the cost to $108. Other courses offer similar quality for less money. The range is beat‑up, and the pro shop rarely answers the phone, especially in winter. The staff in the clubhouse are top‑notch and take care of guests without problems. Broadlands also hosts the Colorado Sign Association golf tournament, and staff efforts are appreciated.
Incredibly slow pace, took over 5 hours to finish. It would also be great when checking and getting a cart they tell you cart path only, because some of would've walked.

Great muni course! Well kept year around and the bar food is good!
