Eagle Trace Golf Club offers a unique golfing experience with a mix of positive aspects and areas needing improvement. The course is in fairly good shape overall, with well-kept fairways and a great short game area. Many golfers find it to be a good value for the price. The staff is noted for being friendly and courteous, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, some reviews mention the need for infrastructure upgrades, such as cart paths that are deteriorating, and a lack of amenities like scorecards and ball cleaners on carts. The driving range has faced some criticism due to its condition and location next to a lake. While some visitors experienced issues with beverage cart availability, others reported a pleasant pace of play. Despite mixed reviews, many golfers feel that Eagle Trace is worth a visit, especially for those looking for an affordable option in the greater Denver area. Improvements are in progress, and the course has potential to enhance the overall golfing experience.
Hate to say this, but this course needs work. A lot of it. Bunkers full of weeds. Tee boxes are in terrible shape. I will say the greens are too bad. Quite expensive for bad playing conditions. I won’t be returning as there are other options for the same price if not cheaper and in better condition.
