great prices. Lots of new improvements. This is the second time I have rented here the last time was under the old owners and the place was run down and didn’t seem like anyone cared. But the new owners have clearly spent a lot of money to make it nice and safe and have still super cheap prices

New management is hard to work with, impossible to get a hold of. The guy at the desk is pretty terrible to interact with.

New owners have taken over this property and the policy changes they have put in place are predatory and only seek to make it hard to access the units, costly to maintain, and difficult to leave. Will be moving out asap.
