“What I like the most about the storage unit is the guy running the front desk. He’s a really nice guy and he’s very direct and professional.
I like that they give you a grace period to make your payment, and you can pay online on the phone or in person or even auto pay. They don’t give an introductory rate because those kinds of places will use that to get you in the door and then jack up the price after a month or two. These guys don’t do that. You don’t have access to your stuff 24/7, but you do have reasonable & long hours 7 days a week to access your stuff. It’s not environmentally controlled, so you just have to be careful what you choose to store. And like every other storage area, you cannot store food like bags of dog food or anything. Otherwise they will have pest issues. I have been very happy storing my stuff here while I look for a place to live. This is one of the few storage businesses I would definitely recommend.”
“I parked an suv here for the past two years. The rates were very reasonable and no annual automatic increases like other places. The lot is secure. I never had a problem. Everyone who works there is very helpful. They even sent me a thank you email when I sold the vehicle and didn’t need the spot. That’s customer service!

“I have been a customer of Public Storage in Broomfield for over a year and outside of my rent going up a bit too much, the location, staff, security, and cleanliness of the facility are top-notch! I previously worked with a wonderful woman about my unit and she was amazing. Unfortunately, I’ve forgotten her name otherwise I would share it. (She knows who she is though!) Today, I spoke to Bradley who was awesome and very helpful and a genuinely great representative for the company and site. Thanks for caring for my stuff for so long!”
“I’ve used multiple storage facilities in different states and this location is by far the best! The property manager Brayden is professional and takes his role seriously. I’ve seen him helping guests and walking around monitoring activity. This is SO important because peace of mind is priceless! My worst fear is theft but would I never worry here because the level of security. Their rates are reasonable and competitive.
I had to move out but if I’m ever in need again I will use this facility. It’s clean, safe and I know the staff really take pride in what they do.”

“great prices. Lots of new improvements. This is the second time I have rented here the last time was under the old owners and the place was run down and didn’t seem like anyone cared. But the new owners have clearly spent a lot of money to make it nice and safe and have still super cheap prices”
