I've been renting storage units around town for nearly 30 years. It's been the bane of my existence because it constantly reminds me I have too much stuff. My experiences at other storage facilities have added to my frustration. Impersonal interactions with staff, leaky doors that allow way too much dirt inside the units, and, at one location, a lack of security. At that location, my unit was one of a handful that got broken into in a single night. There were no security cameras in the row where my unit was located. The manager’s reply? He said that he lives on-site and can “hear things.” Umm…what?
Recently, I needed to substantially reduce what I was storing and downsize my storage unit. It was a stressful time. Working with Maddy was a godsend…I accomplished what I needed to do much more easily than I expected!”

“I parked an suv here for the past two years. The rates were very reasonable and no annual automatic increases like other places. The lot is secure. I never had a problem. Everyone who works there is very helpful. They even sent me a thank you email when I sold the vehicle and didn’t need the spot. That’s customer service!

“I did a lot of research on storage facilities in the area (Big Orange, Big Green, and others) and this particular Public Storage had the best combination of size, price, and convenience. I needed two units and for some reason reserving the 2nd unit online was challenging, but on-site staff members David and Elijah worked with me for quite a while and got me the exact unit I had been trying to secure online and at a price that worked. I was able to move into both units that day and couldn't be happier! If you have a problem reserving online, don't hesitate to call or go to the facility to see what David and Elijah can do!”

“The people here were so helpful! We were moving our aunt's stuff out of storage and into a freight truck to move across country. We had to coordinate drop off from a few states away and the team made it so easy! Pick up with our freight was a bit more of a challenge because of the freight company but the Public Storage staff, especially David, were so helpful and made accommodations for us.
