“When I first downsized back in 2018, I had to find a storage unit that would fit my extra furniture and I came across Extra Space Storage in Broomfield off 120th. The tour, the unit selection, and setup was a quick and painless process; they even had boltless locks and any moving supplies available for purchase, which was really convenient. My 10x10 drive up unit was perfect for my storage and even for other people that temporarily needed space while they were moving. After five years, I’m moving back into a house with lots of space and finally moving my things out of storage. I mistakenly thought that my payment for the upcoming month was debited tomorrow and realized I was a day late, so when I called the office, Anthony was very understanding and helpful and was able to reverse my payment for the month and charged me for the prorated amount. Even though I (along with everyone else) felt the inflation over the years, the customer service at this location has always been top notch and I can’t recommend this place enough to whoever needs it! Thanks Anthony!”

I have yet to move in or move out, but this place was flexible and not pushy on trying to rent out the unit.
