“This car wash was convenient and clean. It looks fairly new, even though I know it has been there for a while. I really liked the setup, especially the easy access to the vacuum area. They also provide free towels you can use to wipe down your car afterward, which is a great touch that some other places don’t offer.
This is the second Cobblestone location I have been to, and both have been great, clean, and well organized. I will definitely keep coming back.”
“I’ve been a regular customer here since 2022 and usually spend $62 plus tip for a full interior and exterior clean. These photos show the condition of my car immediately after today’s service.
After paying and waiting, I got back into a car that was still visibly dirty—cup holders, door panels, and interior surfaces clearly not cleaned. At this price point, this level of service is unacceptable.
What made this experience even more frustrating is the lack of customer focus and accountability. To top it off, my key fob—which I left in the car for the cleaner—was missing afterward. That alone is incredibly concerning.
This is my absolute last visit. I’d rather clean my car myself than pay for a service that leaves it like this. If you’re considering this place, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere!
Update: I went back to Waterway after this experience, and I do want to give credit where it’s due. The team took care of the issue and made it right.
Since then, they’ve been much more thorough with the interior cleaning, and I can tell they made an effort to improve the service. I was extremely frustrated with what happened originally, especially given how long I’ve been a customer, but I appreciate that they listened, addressed it, and followed through.
I’m glad they corrected the situation.”
“Had a self initiated operational error and Matt was kind to refund my wash. Used this car wash many times and always satisfied with the results. I will be back and Matt’s customer service was just as his signs say…he wants “happy customers”.”

Great location so you can pull out and have plenty of room to park and dry off your vehicle! I've never had to wait to pull in. The meter runs like it should (unlike 92nd and Federal) and I usually spend about $8 if I really put in some attention, $3 for a quick soap up and rinse off!”

“My first time here and I couldn’t recommend it more! Aaron and Michael did a great job scrubbing my car down since the front was covered in bugs from my travels. Plus the vacuums/detailing equipment were top notch! Will absolutely be coming back! 10/10 service and vibes!”
