Not really a Croc store but their HQ. Spoke with the person manning the front desk and they were very kind. My ten year old was impressed that it was so close to us!

HORRIBLE!!! Order was shipped to a wrong address!!! We had to call the customer service hotline as UPS wouldn't let us file a claim unless we talk to the shipper first, but countless calls (from one phone number to another) and hours of waiting returned with no answer!!!!

Big fan of Crocs' Swiftwater sandals. Crocs makes the best sandals that are perfect all-season. Please bring back Swiftwater sandals. I read the previous bad reviews written here, but they are unrelated to product quality. Try the Swiftwater produ t line and you will be happy
