Theresa At flat irons is the most patient kind person I met while dealing with Jay Joe. When I went in explained my experience that took multiple days multiple orders multiple refunds Miss shipped you name it. I went through it. She was able to take it on and completely fixed it within 10 minutes. She had my gift cards fixed items I needed helped me within the store as well as returning items that were too large tried to get the right size. My point is as she went completely out of her way to make sure that what I experienced that was awful to the most amazing experience. I know I’m late on this review.
