Poor customer service. They no longer will provide you a printed receipt so we had to give them our email, which was inconvenient.

Terrible customer service skills by “Mads” who said to be the “supervisor”. Poorest shoe store experience in my life. Obviously employees need more level of customer service training. Never shopping at footlocker again.
