Fusion 355 is a luxury apartment community in Broomfield, CO, known for its stunning mountain views and modern design. Residents enjoy features such as quartz countertops, hardwood-style flooring, and premium stainless steel appliances. The community offers various amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a heated pool and spa, and a resident lounge with premium coffee. Many residents appreciate the large windows that provide ample natural light and beautiful views of the mountains, golf course, or lake. The peaceful setting is another highlight, as it is away from larger complexes yet conveniently located. The maintenance team is often praised for their responsiveness, with many residents noting the excellent service provided by the staff. However, some residents have experienced challenges, including issues with certain floor plans, package theft, and inconsistent maintenance at times. Utility costs are the responsibility of the renters, and there have been suggestions for improving valet trash collection and access points within the property. Despite these concerns, many residents express their satisfaction with the community and the friendliness of the leasing staff. Overall, Fusion 355 is recommended for those seeking a modern, well-located home in the northwest Denver area, offering a blend of luxury living and attentive service.
Me and my wife checked out this place and even though we did not end up deciding on this complex the service provided to us was top notch. I believe the rep that assisted us was Trevin. What a lovely experience we had and one that I would recommend to anyone
