“What I love about the property is how tucked away and quiet it feels, although you are close to a myriad of shops. The number of paths for walking the doggo, and the activities offered by the city, many also within walking distance. The grounds of Marquis Town Centre are well kept; and their maintenance team is phenomenal. They help in the moment, if they are able, have always been professional. and above all, kind. Keep up the good work, team.”

“Let's be honest. It's an apartment community. Some are better than others, and this one definitely qualifies as one of the better in the area. Can you imagine having hundreds of residents, and addressing each complaint? Today, in 0° F, when my kitchen pipes froze, maintenance was on site within an hour to fix the problem. The pipes were thawed out within a couple hours. The point being, management responded immediately. On the issue of parking, it can be an issue, but if people would not park illegally, it wouldn't be a problem. Another issue is dog waste. Again, people need to be decent human beings and do what's right. I can only imagine if people did what they are responsible for, management would have an easier time maintaining the property. Overall, it's a great place to live. In this age of entitlement, the management is only trying to take care of the property, and everyone needs to contribute. I suggest you visit the front office and get a feel for what's happening. You might be impressed.”
