The first time I went in on 6/8/26 I was helped by a blond gentleman whose name I didn't catch. When I returned today I was helped by Red and John. All three were genuine pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. They are all the kind of employee that truly keeps a business running.
My wife and I were also just given a couple of freshly grilled burgers just for walking in (again, wish I caught the name of the grill master, awesome guy too). Just incredible customer service!!!

The quality from Justin and his team is top notch but what makes them great is their commitment to being a partner we can rely on to pick up, sharpen, and return our blades quickly. Our mill, with 4 saws using 4 blades on each arbor, is a better company for partnering with Vexor!β

βWhat I love about our local ACE is how helpful the people are. I picked out the wrong zip ties, and the cashier told me that they were reusable and *really* expensive. She saved me 25 bucks because she was paying attention (when I wasn't!). Actually caring about the customer is what will keep me going back! Well, that and having an alternative place to get snacks instead of 7-11 🤣.β

I spent months looking everywhere for interior doors and trim that were good quality but still affordable. I came across this place on a random Google search and I'm so glad I did.
Everyone I interacted with were great. Nathan was helpful with picking a stain, Jason was great delivering our order, and Cody.... I don't know what I would have done without Cody.
I don't know anything about doors, trim or woodworking in general. Cody spent months with me, helping me learn about the products, working within my budget, and found a great deal for me. The product and the price were far better than I could find anywhere else. He was incredibly patient, very knowledgeable, and so kind. He's also gone above and beyond to help me find contractors for my project.

I personally love the firearms department here and I'll just give an example of the exceptional service I just received today out of many others.
So, mother wants to get comfortable being able to protect herself and has some specific needs to be filled or learned with handguns. We went to the range earlier this week and quickly she found out she hated the handgun that she got years ago and never used. I said well I know the spot to go to really get some high-class, personal and knowledgeable people to help us out and that's westminster murdoch's! My mom isn't exactly the easiest customer to deal with for the problems we need solved and in comes frank when we walk up to the counter. He probably spent a good 30 minutes giving multiple choices and teaching my mother some tricks as well as what she should look for that may also be a concern. He knew his stuff, growing up with 2A I've got a decent amount of knowledge but frank knew EVERYTHING a woman needed to go through to make sure she's got the right choices to choose from handguns that possibly could save her life one day. This is the type of person that you know loves their job. He went above and beyond and really took time with her that I saw as priceless. She left with such a good comfortable feeling about a pretty heavy and overwhelming purchase. My mom and I are going to go to the range He recommended as he also knew most of the options were there to rent so she can hands on test them out. Without a doubt we will be back to buy her final decision and hopefully we get paired up with him again to full circle the experience but if we dont we know we're still in good hands with any of the guys. βThe Thornton Ace Hardware does so much more for the average homeowner that a big box store does not do. They fill in where the big box stores fall off the cliff. And their prices are almost the same as big box stores. At the Thornton location, it was Mark who went out of way to help me out. Service still exists at Ace.β
