I recently rented from Hertz Car Rental in Broomfield and misread the pick up time. I ended up coming in 45 minutes after they were closed. They were very helpful and took the time to find me a car and I was extremely thankful. Shea and Jason in particular were very, very helpful. Thank you guys!
