“Ellen and the team here are awesome. It’s not an easy job with many things out of their control but the team here maintains their cool and gets the job done.Thank you 🩷”
“My roommate needed to rent a car in hurry as he drives for work. Tim was very helpful and upon hearing about the particular issue his car was having, gave him some helpful tips to avoid the problem in the future. He was also patient while my roommate did some financial footwork.”
“Tim was fantastic. We had made a reservation for a mini van and then told the night before that there wasn’t one available. We needed one to move in our daughter into college and we were panicked. Tim found one and took care of us. He went way over and above. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He embodied customer service. I will rent with Avis again because of him. He did a superb job job!!”

“When we got there Jason was by himself and he did everything in his power to make sure everyone was aware of what was going on and that they’d be taken care of accordingly. People like that deserve lots of recognition and probably a little pay bump. Especially with the holiday weekend and how swamped he was.”
