Pyramid Granite installed new granite countertops in our kitchen and all three of our bathrooms several years ago. They were professional, great to work with and the quality of their work was top notch. Recently we had a kitchen leak that caused damage to our cabinets,floors etc., and hired a company (recommended by our insurance company) to repair the damages. The crews working on the kitchen repairs were a nightmare and could not figure out how to get the cabinets reinstalled under our granite without destroying the granite. I called Pedro at Pyramid and explained. He dropped everything (even came on his day off) and worked us into his schedule. He and his crew were able to get the job done beautifully, safely, and in a timely manner. They were very gracious, even though the job ended up being harder than they had anticipated. We so appreciated his kindness and professionalism, and he saved us a lot of stress.”

Michael Tsou was an excellent salesperson - knowledgeable & responsive. The items arrived ahead of schedule & since we were on the waitlist, the scheduling department (Tim) reached out with a new date almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule! Day of delivery, the install team (Robert & Jeremy), were excellent. They worked hard, removed our old appliances (no easy task) & installed the new quickly, efficiently & in a friendly manner. I have to say the whole experience was smooth & easy. And I'm so excited & happy with the new appliances!! Thanks everyone at Mountain High Appliances!
