“I was trying to find specific placemats that my niece wanted for Christmas. They were no longer available online, and we don't live near a Crate and Barrel so I wasn't sure whether or not to give up or try. I decided to call the Flat Iron Crossing store. Clara answered, looked it up, and double-checked to be sure the placemats were indeed in the store. Clara held them for me to be sure I got them. When I arrived, it was a quick and easy process to buy them because she had let the staff know.I so appreciate the assistance, kindness, and competence of Clara and Kate. Moreover, the store is gorgeous and inviting. I will choose to shop there and will let my friends and family know that they should too.”

“We chose GMD based on reviews and competitive price, as well as their willingness to work with our custom design. Mike and team were great to work with and the results ended up beautiful. They let me help design where the seams would go to hide them as much as possible and they turned out very smooth and camouflaged. I also picked where each slab would be cut and placed. I will caution that white quartzite is porous so seal any cut edges or polished faces after drying and before install if possible (e.g. around hole cutouts and under overhangs, seams). They gave me sealer that works awesome and no porousity issues since. They worked with me to fix any issues promptly and that's all you can ask. I love the leathered black granite remnant we used which saved money as well. Oscar and Angela add great customer service and I'm happy overall!”

“This was the second project I did with Pedro and Pyramid. The first was granite at our condo in the mountains. He did a phenomenal job. We used him again for our house and he did an amazing job with our counters. He and his team actually came back after the kitchen and did all of our window sills and our bay window sitting area with the excess stone. “Highly recommend working with Colorado Better Kitchens. We needed our granite re-cut and a larger sink installed into our kitchen. The team came out within a week and did a great job within our home. While it is a dusty job, they were constantly running two shop vacs to minimize dust, spent extra time to create very smooth edges, and were very careful to seal the sink well. They also did a great job of installing reinforcement clips between the undermount sink and granite into custom-cut slots.”

“We went down to the Mountain High Appliance Clearance Center to look for a dishwasher. They had a vast building full all kinds of appliances. So many choices! We had the good fortune of working with John Craft. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He assisted us while we compared several different dishwashers. He was able to give us all the information that we needed to pick the right one for our situation. Since we live in Steamboat Springs we had to have the dishwasher delivered and John made all the arrangements. It was a seamless and easy transaction. Mountain High delivered, installed and took away our old dishwasher for a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend both John Craft and Mountain High Appliance for all your appliance needs. The prices are great and the attention that is paid before, during and after the purchase is incomparable. It never felt as if it was only about the sale but that they really care about you, the customer.”

“Please see update before you pass judgement as they did the right thing. Called Arvada store today to order 200SqFt of flooring that was previously purchased last year. Asked representative to look up order under name as it had been sometime. He informed me there was 20 orders on file, as my boss does have a few properties. He said he would not go through each order to find the product and since we do not have order number there is nothing we can do, unless we provide a date or order number. Amazing that a 1000 dollars is not worth the time when we know the product is Westridge Acacia but need to confirm one of two possible colors. Also pretty crazy that you would see we order a lot of product from this business and they are not helpful to keep those orders coming in. Update: Nate from Pro Desk called and spoke to me. Worked everything out, looked up order in a few minutes and got me what I needed. I am impressed that they follow up and do the right thing to make it a more pleasurable experience. 1 star to 4 star. Nice work.”
