“Haven’t gotten the couch yet, so can’t speak to that, but the customer service from Ariana S. was perfect. We did as much research as we could before coming in, but still had a ton of questions. It was clear from the beginning Ariana knew the products very well. She was able to answer technical questions about the couch construction and materials, and how the models differed from each other. Her knowledge was so helpful in picking the right piece for us. She also spent a ton of time working with me going back and forth over fabric long after most people would have walked away. Top notch customer service in this experience”

“I recently relocated from Broomfield, Colorado to Virginia. Our area has no Potterybarn so I called the Broomfield store and spoke with Lori who I had worked with in the past and explained the situation to her. I told her what my needs were for my new house. She was so good at listening and asking just the right questions to figure out what I wanted my rooms to look and feel like. After providing her measurements of my rooms, she promptly returned a floor plan to me To help me picture what my possibilities were for the rooms. I could not have asked for a better experience . Lori turned a stressful situation for me into a positive experience with all of her help. It made ordering so easy. I am looking forward to seeing my new furniture in my home. I also want to mention how much I miss walking into the Flatirons store and seeing all the beautiful displays and decor.. Thank you again Lori you were such a pleasure to work with again!! .”
