Horrible management and scheduling which results in constantly being short handed. Incompetent employees and managers who care about numbers more than customer satisfaction. Toxic work environment that allows favorites to receive proper training and neglects everyone else. Long hours and little care for personal lives or illnesses while management takes vacations constantly. Poorly cleaned and in desperate need of a proper AC system to keep customers comfortable.

I have been shopping at Macy’s for 50 years. After my experience with Greg (the supposed store manager) today I will NEVER return to another Macy’s. It’s only a matter of time before what was once a top notch department store, the pride of Herald Square, to become another has been. Another brick and mortar company that’ll be holding a going out of business sale.

Of course I had to plan a day around the delivery of a mattress. Then they gave a window of 2:30-4:30 the day prior. nice. On the day of, I get a text that it will be delivered between 10:30 and 11:30. when i text back and call to say I'm at work, there is no response. Cancel all plans, get time off work, so I don't come home to a mattress on the patio. what a joke!!
