Walk by on lunch every day. Say I'm on lunch every day. Doesn't recognize me. Gets upset when I don't have time to hear the presentation I've heard for years.

I made the purchase at a Kiosk in Vegas when my daughter's Dior sneakers were made to look brand new after they cleaned them. I made a $60 purchase of the kit and it just doesn't work! I use my trusty Magic Eraser. It works 1000% better than this product. I was ripped off!
