Jim went above and beyond he was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient as he guided me through the best and safest way to ship some work equipment. His expert advice made a huge difference and saved me a lot of stress. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares and takes the time to help like Jim did. I’ll absolutely be returning to this location for all my shipping needs. Highly recommend!”
“I made the mistake of buying a gorgeous painting at an auction, and won at an incredible price but like an idiot I didn't read the dimensions and it was huge, 6' x 4.5'. Which made shipping almost impossible.Called Craters and Freighters and Ryan who helped me was awesome to work with, they packaged painting incredibly well and it arrived unscathed. Highly recommend this company if you have a valuable or intangible painting that's hard to ship. It wasn't cheap to ship due to the size but it was priced incredibly fairly in my opinion and dont think they could have shipped such a large painting any cheaper nor better. Wish I had 4 hands to give Ryan and team Craters four thumbs up.”

“I went to this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center to drop off a return package. I was skeptical because the company did not accept returns in person at their retail location, so I wasn't too surprised that the barcode they sent me didn't work at first. I was about to give up. Thank goodness Rhonda made sure to leave no stone unturned. She found the shipping label in my email and got my return all taken care of. I was so glad she was there to help me out today. “I haven’t had much interaction with the staff but know that can be kinda slow as expected at a USPS but that’s partially due to customers not knowing WTH they’re doing.
This place is open outside business hours with a package posting machine thing and you can access PO Boxes.

“The ladies were amazing. We showed up needing stamps for 370 letters close to 5 and they even helped us put the stamps on the letters. They have such a nice store and are always incredibly helpful and friendly.”
