“First of all, I’m in shock to read some of the reviews here. The gentleman at this place was super helpful, nice, patient and gave me excellent directions on how to go about the renting of the UHaul. I went there alone and as a woman already the rental of a truck is intimidating. I wish I remembered his name because he truly made it easy for me. I even needed a place to change so I wouldn’t move in my work clothes and he allowed me to use their facility restroom. Not once was he rude or disrespectful. Let it be clear, that I had done all my part using the app and had my reservation ready. It looks like some people don’t do this part and expect the owner of the place to hold their hand. Don’t do that and he will be able to guide you once you get there. The whole process was super easy and my car was left in a very safe place which I loved. There is a gas station close by to fill up the tank as he asked, near by. When I came back late late at night time to return the truck, there were lights and again, felt pretty safe. That place is really clean, safe and more than I expected. I will definitely go back there if needed. He even has a super cute swing out side his office. ?”
“The location didn't really have a place for me to sit and wait, but they let me borrow an office chair so I could use a pile of boxes to work from my laptop while I waited for my hitch install. The install took as long as estimated, and the price was unbeatable relative to other places I got quotes from. The hitches themselves are the same models as those sold by non uhaul locations, just with a generic name. Satisfied and would get a hitch from UHaul again.”

“Rented from them about 5 times now and have never had a bad experience! Always willing to work with me if i need to move a pickup date and have always been kind and courteous with any questions. Equipment is always in good working order and they help hook you up so you have no issues while renting. Definitely recommend!”

I highly recommend - John is very helpful and the owner Alex Is as well. Plus they have a cool shop inside. 5 of 5 good job”

“This has got to be the best customer service I have received in a long time. Dom, the manager, was so professional and knowledgeable about my uhaul rental. He made the accommodations that I needed in a timely manner and went above and beyond. After being on hold with uhaul customer service for over an hour and being transferred 5+ times, only to get hung up on, Dom resolved my issue in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place for uhaul rentals but I’m sure utilizing them for your storage needs would be just as great of an experience. 5 stars! I’d give them more if I could.”

I used to use a different location but the owner tried to charge me for a dolly I never rented so I switched from that old location to this one and they are always friendly and honest at this new location that I will use every time I need to rent a Uhaul.”

“We rented a moving truck and had a great experience. The previous customer had left the gas tank on fumes right before our pickup so we were given a gas credit to offset having to add a little to get through our move. Eddie couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful throughout our process. He really made the experience easy for us and took care of us. I will absolutely come back to this location for any future U-Haul needs and if I ever need a storage unit. Thank you for being one of the bright spots of our day.”

“The owner was so polite and helpful for our uhaul reservation. I would say don’t get too concerned with other reviews. It is on a farm but the owner is very courteous and helpful and had the whole uhaul setup ready for us when we arrived at 8 AM. If you’re dropping off here it is self serve but there’s a large sign and you pull in the first left when you pull into his property. Very easy!”
