“So I am new to the facility, but am no stranger to the Self-storage environment as I at one time had a business and 17 houses; I was always storing something.I just closed (4) storage units with a competitor, which I will leave unmentioned- (I will tell you that the company rhymes with Public Storage.)Thus far, this has been a welcome change of fresh air!!Coming from that nightmare experience is one of culture shock; however, the level of professionalism, the clean business model and spaces (from units to office, etc.) to the personal individual caring interaction would be Grade-A without any retrospective comparison or analysis.I am proud to promote in any way I can this company. “It says that it's a U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer, but above that it's Simply Storage. This Simply Storage is so helpful and just wonderful all the way around. U-Haul doesn't like to take things into consideration(and will "red flag" you). Which means that no one who is a U-Haul rental company can or will rent to you (even if you have everything paid off, and haven't had any other problems with them). But he went out of his way to check and see if we could get a U-Haul(and it worked). But U-Haul needs to take the red flags off of people who are up to date on their payments and haven't had any other problems with them. Because yes we were late(1 day) on making an outstanding payment. But we made it the next day. But we are still on the "Red Flag" list?”

“Conclusion: I like this place. A fenced and password-protected property with a good sized (and weather-protected) loading dock, clean, well lighted storage units, great employees, and very competitive pricing. PRO: I can't say enough good things about Josh and Kylie, both of whom are smart, energetic, and completely customer oriented. They're on your team and do a great job of both listening and communicating. I don't know that they'll make careers of StorQuest (Josh is a gear head...engines are his passion), but whoever hired them lucked out to find such great employees. Having rented storage units from a total of four facilities in the area, StorQuest's loading (and unloading, natch) bay is far and away the best of them. Three spaces wide -- really wide -- and probably forty feet deep, you are completely sheltered as you move your stuff and and out of the place. Since you need a password to get through the gates, the sliding doors automatically open during business hours, when someone at the front desk has an eye on you. (I'm sure the cameras record activity the rest of the time.) They are also very price competitive and won't raise your rent on you after just a few months (unlike another place that will go un-named at this time). The facility is fairly new and very clean. Despite being surrounded by wild grassland, including a massive colony of prairie dogs, I did not see any evidence of rodents inside the building. CON: So why four stars? First, as noted by a 1-star reviewer, the gaps around the tops edges of the storage units do little to engender confidence that your neighbor couldn't steal something. 2) Extremely sloppy lock tolerances leave you feeling that anyone with even a screwdriver could probably defeat your lock. (To clarify: I don't think anyone has stolen anything from my storage units.) 3) I don't like that they make you buy and use their locks.”
