Minus 5 Stars. Not a factory Verizon store and I am absolutely shocked that Verizon lets this company use their name. Theses guys are a Total Scam. Bait and Switch. Worse than buying a used car in the 1980s! Handwritten "worksheets" using ++ numbers and wont tell you how much you will actually pay, zero transparency, fake fees, And broke my cell service resulting in me wasting literally 6-8 hours of my life on the phone with Verizon Support. $500 in fake fees is what they tried to get out of me, I went to the Factory Verizon store on Arapahoe in Boulder and the same transaction was easy, transparent, and cost me the $0 it was supposed to and I didn't have to take a shower after dealing with the slim like I did at the Fake Verizon store in the Flatirons Mall.

I went here to see why my phone was not connecting to the Internet. The sales person said "there probably doing matinience on the towers and there's nothing we can do to help". Turns out all I had to do was slide the top screen down and tap the on switch to the mobile date tab. I googled it to figure it out. (Hashtag: Not Impressed).

luke is amazing very knowledgeable and will get you in and out no problems he is the best employee that the verizon has for sure after some struggles with another employee he was able to save the day

Armen attempted to transfer my apps from my old phone to the new one but failed. And he charged me $40 for his failure. He said to come back the next day and he would help. I went back the next day, Armen wasn't there. The employee that was there got defensive before I explained the situation, refused to help before hearing the situation. Armen also said that my monthly bill would not go up. But he lied, I just got my bill and it went up $40. Now I'm wasting my time trying to get $40 for the failed transfer fee and $40 for the monthly increase. And you know how fun customer service reps are. I'd go to another location.

On Sun, there was only one staff at the store. One person seems like has been waiting for a good long time. At my turn, (i waited for more than a hour) the staff said he can't help me out. I wished I knew before that long wait time. Awful experience.

Went in today to grab the new iPhone 16 pro max. I was the only soul in the store so I got helped right away, however, there was someone who was clearly new and had no idea what he was doing and I was the unlucky customer who got to have my time wasted so he could learn as he went along. The other guy there knew how to do everything but seemingly had to let him struggle along at a snails pace while I was held victim waiting. I had a toddler with me and let them know I was short on time. I wasn’t even doing a trade in, just wanted to outright buy the phone, no transferring of data needed. It should have been such a simple process and I asked multiple times how much longer it would take. 20-30 minutes was what I was initially told, and I was there for nearly an hour and a half. Incredibly frustrating that I had so much time wasted and my poor toddler was barely hanging on. I understand people need to be trained, but do that on your own time when you have enough people to actually help customers. Don’t subject innocent customers to that kind of slow moving waste of time. And on top of it all, they gave me the wrong watch color so now I will have to waste even more time going back. I’ve been a loyal customer (business account) for 3 years and this was an incredibly disappointing experience.

The 5 stars is solely for Pablo who corrected the errors made the previous day and got me the phone I wanted. He saved what was a customer service nightmare that had me ready to switch carriers.
2 stars to our original store rep who was clearly not trained and working alone. He was able to correct the huge mistake made by the Apple Store rep that left me without a working phone. But he was unable to fix my phone, sell me a phone, or correct my account that was botched by Verizon Support, a 2 hour ordeal.
1 star to the Viktra Verizon store at Flat Irons Crossing that does not have a phone number that connects you directly to the store but to a call center and required me to return to the store the following day which is over an hour from my house to correct my account in person.
0 stars to the Verizon Support Network who were unable to do anything to fix my non-working phone adequately or correct my account that had me on the phone for over 2 hours and took Pablo less then a minute to correct.
