I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon yesterday after I was sent a brand new iPhone 15 that was FULL of problems. Apple support told us to go to the Apple Store and they’d replace it. The Apple Store then proceeded to tell me to go see if T-Mobile would give me a replacement, as it was still under warranty since I had JUST upgraded and got it out of the box the day before (I ordered this phone 5 DAYS AGO). They told me to call customer service because they couldn’t help me in the store. (I don’t blame the girl at T-Mobile she was very nice and it isn’t her fault, I blame the greedy company) My boyfriend was fed up with how T-Mobile handled THEIR mistakes and me being lead on a wild goose chase (especially since I have been with T-Mobile for 15 years). He took me to Verizon and Gunner and Brennen spent OVER an hour helping me so I wouldn’t lose all of my data. They were determined, understanding, and so professional. I am so grateful for all of their help.

I had a great experience at this location, they helped me find the best deals and they were honest & quick. Calm atmosphere given that it was busy in the store.

Avoid this place. I traded in an iPhone in December ‘22 during a promo and was supposed to receive an $800 credit after 1-2 billing cycles. I contacted Verizon’s customer service and they said my trade-in was never received and that I should go to the store to get the issue resolved.When I got to the store and explained the issue, the worker asked me, “Is it okay if I take down your information and have my manager call you tomorrow? I’m trying to quit vaping right now and have really bad brain fog.”Afterwards I spoke with Verizon’s fraud department and they informed me this was not an isolated incident and the “authorized retailer” location is under investigation. They have received other reports that speculate the workers are purposefully not processing trade-ins and stealing phones to sell themselves.

Nate and Mason provided excellent service while I was purchasing a new phone, my phone was broken camping and I needed a replacement asap, after trying to call several apple stores with no luck I decided to try Verizon, I walked in with a dead phone, looking and smelling like a campfire and left, still smelly, but with a new phone. These guys are awesome and will make sure you’re taken care of

It’s been almost a year that Jonah opened an unwanted account under my name. Verizon has not done anything about it, I would stay away from this store!Update: I emailed them right after they replied to this comment. Have not heard from them still, nothing has done.

Im going to quit Verizon because of the guy that I met here name is Wesley Stroud.I switched from AT&T to Verizon about 5 months ago. Actually I was glad price and service that verizon served to me but I just wondered new phone deals and came here on July 1 Saturday. Salesperson Mason K, Wesley Stroud and I began negotiating phone deals. Everything was fine until I signed the contract. They told me that they will give me a student discount and the $60 I paid for my prepaid account yesterday as a discount on accessories. They said that the Samsung S22, which they initially called 'on us' , is $25 per month. When I said let's see another model, they said that the Google Pixel, which they said 'on us' again , was $ 9 a month. Since I spent 2 hours there instead of leaving the shop, I accepted the Google Pixel and signed the contract. After signing the contract everything started to change in a funny way. The discount of $60 that I can use for accessories was subject to conditions and although I said that I did not have an e-mail address for the student discount, I was told that it was mandatory to have an student e-mail address. Then I stated that I did not want the phone anymore because I felt that I had been scammed, that I wanted to cancel everything and return to the prepaid account.Upon this, Wesley Stroud triumphantly stated that I had signed the contract and that if I canceled I had to pay for the phone, I would not be able to switch to the prepaid account again and I would not be able to take advantage of any phone deals again.I had a hard time talking because of my anger at what I heard and was subjected to racist jokes by Wesley. Embarrassing for verizon they give job opportunities to people like wesley. I bought the phone to avoid a fight and left.Later, in my conversation with Verizon customer service, I learned that the bill I was told to pay was 87$ per month, and that it was 108$.I guess these people thought I was stupid because I'm a foreigner but I'm going to return the phone and quit verizon tomorrow.Edit (Thu, Jul 6 ) : Victra Guest Relations Team reached and offered me $29 off which is funny. Other than that, no one even informed me about the invoice I was going to pay. I think no one cares about the issue, I guess I'll have to consult my lawyer about it.Edit (Wed, Jul 12 ) : Finally I quit Verizon, thanks Brennen (the guy who works at the same location) that he didnt charge me $50 stock out fee for the phone. Also I had conversation with Verizon costumer service ( not Victra ) Im waiting my $60 refund. So I can say I trust Verizon but still they need to take care of their employees' behaviors.

I am absolutely loving my new Pixel 7. The phone has blown me away.The service was excellent. The worker there (Brennen) answered all my questions and also set me up with a great screen protector and case. He was hilarious throughout our conversation and put a smile on my face all while serving me well. He's even a fellow Green Bay Packers fan which I loved! Will be revisiting this location for future phone needs.

This Verizon store was great to work with. Walked on in with only one employee working. He was taking care of some customers already but was quick and attentive to help us both together multitasking! This gentleman knew how to make things move smoothly and help us get out and on our way in a timely manner. Set up and out the door in less than 5 minutes. Very helpful thanks!
