Dr Blink was knowledgeable about the past exams and confirmed with questions his findings with me to be same as 1.5 years ago. Very thorough and efficient while explaining what he was doing during exam thank you.

Staff and doctor at this location are outstanding. Never felt rushed, staff were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Doctor listened and asked a lot of questions. Explaining everything so I could understand.

Blake, Marni, and Dr. Walsh are gems. They took great care of me altogether, and a special shout out to Marni who patiently helped me my find my perfect second pair of frames, not leaving me alone to rush to other customers. Here’s the vision works experience: I schedule an appointment here, and at first everything is fine and they tell me I’m covered by insurance, but of course as soon as it comes time to pay for the exam and order glasses my insurance no longer exists to them - and somehow I’m not covered (which I very well am, and I have shown proof). So I am forced to pay out of pocket and reach out to VSP for reimbursement. Highly recommend just avoiding this place all together , as I went to a competitor and they had no issue pulling my insurance and getting me a pair of glasses. Im seriously not sure if this place is trying to be fraudulent or has not trained their staff to understand how to do their job.This place runs on fraud, even if you have in network insurance that is active they force you to pay out of pocket.My vision insurance is through VSP, which supposedly owns this place. This location claims to be unable to run my insurance, or find an active plan under VSP despite me confirming with VSP multiple times that my plan is active and can be used with no issue.

The absolute worst company. Almost $1,000 just to get my prescription lenses updated. They have had my frames for a month now, and are still not done changing out the lenses. I am held hostage right now with no glasses. Avoid this place like the plague!!!!

I just had my first eye exam in a number of years and Dr. Mara provided such a pleasant and informative experience. Herself and the staff were very kind and professional. Also priced VERY FAIRLY!

After swearing last year, never ever going back to Visionworks Flatiron Cr., after experiencing several awful, unprofessional, respectless customer services, I went to visionworks in Longmont. I had a small repair. They didn't warm up the frame, so they broke it. There was no apology, the only reaction was "that happens easily" and I was sent home. Again total unprofessional, total ignorance and respectless. What could I do against two employees? So I was swearing not to go back to them either and spread the word about my experiences. Then I needed an adjustment of a frame and didn't have a choice, had to go back, trying Flatiron again.There, how wonderful, I met the new manager, Randy, together with new employees, everybody friendly, nice, knowledgeable, respectful and so helpful. My experience couldn't be better. I want to suggest, that everyone with bad experiences should go back to visionsworks in Flatiron Crossing.

Don’t go to this visionworks I have had nothing but issues and have caught them in lie’s about where my glass. No one from upper management cares about what’s going on in this store I have been waiting for my glasses Scene may 3 and I have called the store and got multiple reasons why they haven’t got them back yet. I will never use visionworks again
