I came in for a passport photo and was told to wait in a chair. About 10 minutes went by watching 2 employees talk (not even about work) and they ignored me, watching me eventually walk out right in front of them. Go to Staples next door instead.

Horrible customer service when it comes to photos prints. I have place two orders, received notification the prints were ready for pick up and when I got down there and no one could find the order.

Pharmacist team need to work on their manners when speaking over the phone or find a new gig. Need to be professional over the phone at all times.
