“I recently had my tires rotated at Discount Tire and wanted to recognize two team members for their excellent service.
Brandon, who checked me in at the front desk, went above and beyond by coming outside to record my vehicle’s mileage and carefully inspect each tire for wear and tread. His attention to detail made the process feel thorough and professional from the start.
I would also like to recognize Anthony, the technician who performed the tire rotation. He clearly explained how the tires were rotated, where they were moved to, and gave helpful guidance on when I will likely need new tires in the future. I really appreciated how informative and transparent he was.
Overall, the experience was smooth and efficient. I scheduled a phone appointment and was told I could come right in, and everything happened exactly as promised. I didn’t have to wait long, the work was completed promptly, and I felt completely comfortable leaving my vehicle and driving away afterward.

“I ended up with not one, but 2 flat tires at 3am. I was towed to Midas and slept in my car until they opened. They never complained or made a fuss about me sleeping in the lot for a few hours (I live 2.5 hours away from the location).
I told them exactly what I wanted/needed and they did it. Didn’t argue with me about trying to sell me things I didn’t need. Just patched my one tire, sold me one tire and let me be on my way.
It was 7:30 am, so I was one of the first customers. That made it fairly quick.

“One of my tires developed a slow leak, and the technician confirmed that it was a puncture—just far enough into the sidewall that they couldn't patch it. I had just put new tires on my car a few months earlier, and Discount Tire was nice enough to let me buy JUST ONE TIRE! The replacement was initially mis-delivered, but they got it straightened out within a day and got me back on the road. A bad experience turned into a good one because of this place!”
