“My husband took his Honda Ridgeline in for a repair after someone sideswiped his truck in a parking lot. They were extremely professional, courteous and the repair is seamless. Not only that, but the truck was ready a day ahead of schedule and was spotless inside and out. Amazing to find such an outstanding body shop here in Buena Vista. They also worked very well with my insurance company to keep us informed without any delays or surprises. Couldn’t recommend more highly!!”

“Thank you so much to the young man who helped me while visiting a friend in BV! I am staying in an RV park in Leadville and broke down in BV. I didn’t get his name but he opened the hood of my Jeep to see that the alternator was bad (melted connectors with plastic in the alternator). I asked him about a mechanic and he led me to the attached garage. When I went in there, he was already there to help explain what was going on. Then he searched the inventory for what I needed. His store didn’t have one and he found one at another auto parts store. I’m talking to the manager and mechanic when one is delivered. Needless to say, I believe he went above and beyond to help me. I am so thankful and appreciative of the help that this young man showed to me while being stranded!”

“Most helpful auto parts store we’ve ever been to! Tony was amazing (and his origami cats were so delightful!). He helped us with headlight issue we were experiencing while on the road and we were able to resolve it quickly and get back on our way safely. Highly recommend him and this location!”
