“Larry and Ruthie at Summit Automotive are the real deal. From booking an appointment to diagnosing my engine problem to fixing the problem to honest, straight-forward communication to very reasonable and fair pricing - everything in my experience with them was top-notch. Larry's mechanical ability is outstanding and I'd recommend Summit Automotive to anyone, but you better hurry because they are contemplating retiring. Thank you Larry and Ruthie for a great and successful repair experience. Randy OHare”

“Love how they send pictures of everything inspected and the suggestions of fixes that you pick from. They’ve worked on 2 of our cars and we highly recommend them - they’re great! Reasonable prices, quick turnaround, and very communicative.”

“Needed a lookover to diagnose a small and slow fluid leak from a deer impact the previous night, to head back home safely to a neighboring state. The mechanic critiqued the leak and gave me the info I needed to get back home. He would not even accept any money for his time, only a handshake and wished me well. I really appreciated his time and the counter person's time-probably 20 to 25 minutes between the 2 of them. Thank you!”

“Johnnie was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. My car had a leak in a tire and there were no mechanics open on Sunday. As a last ditch effort I stopped by Urabus hoping they’d be able to help me patch the tire. I cannot thank them enough for their help and wish I had stopped by first. While not Urabus’ core business, Johnnie took the time out of his day to help me in need when I was out of options. Pricing was upfront and incredibly fair, no markup for Sunday or for being my only option. He even took the time to show me some of his van’s he was currently working on, which were clearly showing incredible craftsmanship and passion. I would trust Urabus with anything and hope it’s clear to anyone considering their services that from my experience they’re top their people and craftsmen.”

“This company is a local family business! They went above and beyond for us! If you break down, and need a U-Haul, these are the people to call. Ron & Shannon are so helpful & kind. There was no taxi’s available, the only taxi here, was stuck in wreck traffic. So they graciously picked us up! So if you find yourself, broke down in need of a U-Haul, or have a diesel vehicle in need of repairs, y’all have to call Ron’s a call! They are the best!”

“The owners Ed and Cindy are awesome. They squeezed us in on our trip when our alternator quit on our class A motorhome. Even let us stay on their lot overnight till Ed got it up and Running. Thanks again”

“The most amazing experience we broke down in the middle of the day and they quit everything to work on my truck. They even worked on it into the next day and let us stay in their bone yard in our trailer. They also gave us a loaner vehicle in case we wanted to go into town for anything. Reasonable prices when they could just gouge you to no end. This is the best place.”

“I highly recommend Chad and his team! We are visiting the area and our Jeep broke down while visiting a friend on a Friday afternoon. They worked with NAPA auto parts to find the part I needed. They would have fixed it that evening but the alternator on my vehicle was too hot to handle LOL! They took care of it Monday and delivered it to my friend. Chad has a great sense of humor! They were fair and honest about everything. Again, the guy at NAPA who helped me was awesome as well as Altitude. Thank you for being so good and honest!”

“Julie is my hero. My son was stranded in the Chubb Wilderness Area and this Virginia mom was super stressed. Julie was calm, kept me updated and they were able to locate him and tow his truck. The tow truck drivers even went the extra mile and found him a shop that fixed his truck and so he was able to get to the music festival on time. Thank you all so much.”
