“My son and I dropped in when we were in town for fall break. The owners and coach Liv were extremely friendly and welcoming. Liv was a great coach who offered tips and cues to everyone in the class and had a great plan for the warm-up, skill work and workout of the day. She learned our names immediately and was professional and kind. The owners have done a great job making use of a smaller space in a way that offer effective, safe and fun workouts. We would definitely come back.”

“Nice place to get membership. Love that they have a rock wall for my son to climb. Wish they had a spot for kids to play while working out. Other than that it rocks price and all.”

“We went there to take a shower after days of tent/car camping and rock hounding. It was a great shower. It took $5.00 for two of is sharing a shower. It was nice and clean for a public shower. There was hair on the floor, but I wiped it up with wipes before our shower. There is no temp adjustment, but if you change the flow of water to spray it is cooler versus doing 1 stream which is warmer. This was a welcome addition to our trip and we will use it again.”
