The owner went out of his way to make my visit very pleasant. This is the second time I have stayed there. The rooms are dated, but are exceptionally clean.

I was just wondering the age limit to book a room, I am twenty and made a reservation because booking.com said 18+ but I'm being told 21

10/10 .. owners are SO kind &beyond accommodating. i have been coming to colorado recently &this room is by far the cleanest &well kept .. &i felt the safest here !! quiet atmosphere. the location is convenient .. super comfy bed &pillows. great wifi. very pleased &will be staying again.
