Alpine Angling is a fly shop offering excellent service, solid gear, and a good selection. The staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, providing good advice and helping with fishing licenses. The guided trips are excellent and fun, with skilled and laid-back guides offering great river knowledge. It is an open and helpful place for both gear and licenses, providing a great experience for wading and catching trout.
Needed a fishing license on a Sunday and all the places in Basalt were closed. Alpine Anglers were open and helpful. Bring cash if you’re going to buy a fishing license!
