“If you need running shoes in the RFV, this is THE place to go! The entire team here is so knowledgeable and spent time with me measuring my feet and trying on an array of trail running shoes. They even had me run on a treadmill and video taped my gait which I hadn’t seen before. I’ve never had a pair of running shoes that fit me quite right, and I walked out with two pairs that felt like they were made for me. And one pair happened to be on sale for half off, which was an added bonus! I’ll only buy my running shoes from here moving forward!”
“I sent a Benchmade knife to the manufacturer to be refurbished. Somehow it got sent back to Bristlecone Mountain Sports, not sure why that happened. Jake from BMS called me up and was kind enough to send it to my home in Grand Junction. BMS and Jake specifically saved me a few hours drive to get my favorite knife back in my pocket. I’ve never physically been to the store, but my experience has been so great I’ll absolutely stop in next time I’m in the Basalt area. Thanks fellas!”

“If you want the BEST customer service take your business to Sunlight Bike shop! We were in town for 48 hrs on a girls trip. Two of us brought our own bikes and two needed to rent. They were so helpful and got us all set up. They stored the bikes overnight and even let us leave our luggage at the shop on the last day so we could ride until our train arrived. We took the train from SLC. They were so nice and accommodating! Thanks for making our weekend so great!”
