Staff members are helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous, often finding cheaper shipping options for customers. Mail carriers are consistent and polite, working extra hours, especially during busy times. The customer service is commendable, with employees proactively handling issues like misaddressed packages and apologizing for any inconvenience, demonstrating a strong commitment to service even when understaffed.
Horrible service. A man working the counter demanded I should have brought my package in taped and rather than offer to tape it for free he told me I could only buy a roll of tape from them. He then walked away and did not return to assist me.

Was just bullied and harassed while trying to ship a package. Felt uncomfortable and upset by the customer service.
