Diego was absolutely amazing! He was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure that my package arrived on time. Every expense I’ve had here has exceeded my expectations. In my opinion, this is the best shipping place in the Valley!

Kind staff, very patient! It was the middle of pick up time for all the packages and even though the store was crowded, the owner personally assisted me with printing my label and as a courtesy, did not charge me extra for the tape. They also except 'Happy' returns which is harder to find lately. Much appreciated, highly recommend!

A few months ago I visited the UPS store in El Jebel and Diego was very helpful when needing to ship a sentimental item. He helped me find the proper packaging and assured me the item would arrive without problems. It was a smooth process with quality service.

Probably the only people we contacted who tried to help us with our package not being delivered. Diego was extremely helpful and the only reason we’ll be able to finish our clients home on time. We are very grateful as they fought against other branches of ups to get us our package when everyone else stayed it was impossible.

These guys are the best! I went in looking for a UPS package that had been tried to be delivered to my house. The door hanger said it was their last attempt as it needs a signature and implied it may be taken to this location. I was incorrect but I was sure happy I went in. An employee went above and beyond to help me find the package, determine who it was from and get it redelivered to my house. He save me hours of sitting on the phone with customer support. I can’t say enough good things!
