Pikes Peak - America's Mountain offers a breathtaking and awesome experience, allowing visitors to scale a mountain from the seat of a car. The 19-mile Pikes Peak Highway provides a scenic route to the 14,115-foot summit, with panoramic vistas of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Visitors can drive a personal vehicle or take a shuttle, with timed entry reservations required for personal vehicles during the summer season. The check-in station staff are noted as super friendly and very informative. For a different experience, a clean and nice train ride is available, offering a knowledgeable conductor and a three-hour round trip. The summit is quite a bit cooler and windy, and visitors may see beautiful views and wildlife along the way. As a precaution, seniors or those not used to the heights should be aware of potential altitude sickness and consider bringing canned oxygen or medication. Despite this, it remains a favorite destination, providing an amazing and unforgettable visit every time.
Well its Pikes Peak! Not to much i can say, except, doesn't get much better than this!! Awesome place, and the check in station staff were super friendly and very informative! Amazing everytime!

Pikes peak is always a favorite when we visit Colorado. The train conductor was very nice and knowledgeable. Then to top it off, I was surprised at the top with a purposal ❤️
