Red Rock Canyon Open Space is a fun and popular destination next to nature, perfect for those who enjoy outdoor adventures. This area offers a variety of trails with changing terrain and vegetation, including climbing spots, a small reservoir, and a rock quarry. Visitors can enjoy scenic views of Garden of the Gods and the Manitou Incline as they hike. The park is dog-friendly, featuring a fenced off-leash area for pets, and everything is well marked for easy navigation. Although parking is ample, the site can get crowded, especially during peak times. Some visitors noted that the lake was dried up during their visit, which affected the scenery for photography. Despite the crowds and occasional noise from other visitors, Red Rock Canyon Open Space is a great location for those seeking to immerse themselves in nature and enjoy the outdoors.
Wonderful park with beautiful scenery and easy but rugged hike for the fam. Not crowded! Kids aged 15, 13, 12, & 7 enjoyed it and climbed a lot of cool rocks.

Very majestic. Better hiking than Garden of the gods IMO. They also have biking only trails.
Very recommended.
