Last Friday (October 3rd, 2025) my family and I stopped by this Calvin Klein location briefly - I want to say five minutes, but I'm being generous with that time frame. After quickly looking around we decided nothing was to our liking and left the store. Not 30 minutes later we were stopped by the police because the Calvin Klein employees reported us under suspicions of theft. It was an extremely uncomfortable, dehumanizing and unnecessary experience! Security reviewed the camera footage and came to realize we had, in fact, not stolen anything. I am firm in my belief that the employees at this Calvin Klein location profiled us unjustly; it makes me wish we had actually purchased something during our visit because we would have returned it immediately. Needless to say, worst retail experience we have ever had - I highly recommend going to any of the other stores at The Outlets and bypassing this one. Will be emailing corporate about this matter, for the employee who reported us needs training on proper customer service and, quite frankly, how to exhibit basic humanity. I would give this location zero stars if I could.

Locked fitting rooms! They do not allow to try on before buying.

The sales person at Calvin Klein told me that their shop is tax free zone and i can get 11% refund at airport. The tax refund counter at airport told that this shop is not tax free and i lost 37 Manat on this.
