Completely incompetent. Instead of a simple name change on credit cards - requested multiple times - they canceled all my cards and reissued them in the same name. Either poorly trained or simply not to be trusted with my money.

Came to use the atm on a Sunday.. every other chase I've been to in Idaho Oregon and here in Colorado has never locked the door to the atm. That's lame and a waste of a trip here to use the atm.

I have been at this branch for a while...I have never had any trouble . I would be in a jam and the folks were always kind and curteous.
