So I first tried the online customer service and got a representative that I could hardly understand, she had to spell most of the words she was using, and she made it clear I was taking up too much time and then in the end, hung up on me. I went into the branch to actually close down my accounts and transfer them to a major competitor. I’m so thankful I had the opportunity to be helped by Alex Gonzalez at the Branch as I not only did not close out my accounts, I even opened another account with him. I’ve been a customer for many many decades and was glad I took the time to go directly to the branch versus relying on the online customer service support.”

“Great experience start to finish, I recently went in to Canvas to start a new business account, I met with Austin who is super friendly and understanding of what is needed. Super simple set up process and very easy to navigate web/mobile versions of their app once the account is going!

He patiently looked through her canceled checks and when he couldn't find the information there.. he got on the phone and called a couple of departments to find the information we needed! “All the previous reviews were when this location was a BBVA branch. BBVA is no more since it was bought out by PNC which is a much more robust financial institution. PNC offers me more services and efficiencies as the 5th largest US bank. I'm delighted with the change from BBVA and am already refinancing my mortgage with PNC because Chase would not offer me, a long-time customer, a better rate.”
