So I first tried the online customer service and got a representative that I could hardly understand, she had to spell most of the words she was using, and she made it clear I was taking up too much time and then in the end, hung up on me. I went into the branch to actually close down my accounts and transfer them to a major competitor. I’m so thankful I had the opportunity to be helped by Alex Gonzalez at the Branch as I not only did not close out my accounts, I even opened another account with him.
