Karen Helped me a ton with a mistake from employer and a check he wrote out wrong, and then there is Chris, (My wife and I call him Schmitty, the character from New Girl) who is always smiling, calls me by name, and shakes my hand after every transaction. Business transactions (from the outlet mall) take forever and it seems like they are hamstrung with hiring since they only ever have 2 or 3 people working at a time.Use your mobile app if you need anything that doesn't require a banker or Teller, it's much easier.”
