We are a boutique gym located in the Castle Rock Adventist Hospital in the heart of the Meadows community. We are a 24/7 facility with top of the line equipment, showers and lockers. Our Kinesiologists on staff are fully qualified, with thousands of hours of work between them, to work with you on your journey to health regardless of where that starting point is. Working with a Kinesiologist one on one or through our Small Group Training will be an experience like no other! We've been told that walking through our doors is like being home. Great gym! clean and easy to navigate. Friendly staff. Would be nice to be able to see pucnhes online somehow instead of having to call or stop in (working nights most of my activity is after hours!)

Great little local gym! Excellent membership price. Massage and personal training prices are great. Never super busy and always has equipment available.
