Drove up from Colorado Springs to buy four pairs of Johnson Murphy’s. Walked in with our dog and the manager/worker raised his voice and demanded to know if it was a service dog. I said no, he said we had to leave then, we are not pet friendly.. Extremely rude, nothing polite about the companies rules. Will not spend $500 to $600 in there again. Just ordering online is a lot more polite

This place must have made some big changes. My experience was stellar compared to all the recent 1-star reviews. Keep up what ever you're doing, I appreciated that the man working the ship already had a large group to help, and still acknowledged me when I walked in.

The man who works here is annoying with his offensive jokes and no it all information. We travel to this outlet frequently from NM and he always has some joke about us being Hispanic (not mexican) or tries to use a Spanish word when speaking with us. It comes off as very offensive. You can't even go in and purchase without hearing his 30 minute or longer spills about nothing. It's at the point where my husband even refuses to go to this store anymore.

I am disgusted at the customer service at this location. The guy Frank wouldn't help us after he saw we had a service dog. Deliberately went to the back storage room. Didn't even. Ask if we needed help. Another customer walked in, the guy (Frank came out and asked if that guy needed help. Did not check on us!) Guy said he was looking. He turned around to the back storage room.
We found shoes, I told him we were ready, he ignored .e walked past me to the back storage room again. I had to raise my voice and say again I was ready. He lastly walked to the counter didn't say a word to my husband and I.
My husband handed him cash, and he said they DONT take cash!! His tone and attitude was horrendous!!!
My fella and I have shopped at Johnson and Murphy in Foley, AL so often!!! Love the quality and customer service there.
We called Foley back home and they informed us policy has not changed and they do take cash!!
I recommend the Castle Rock store get better personnel!!!

As soon as we walked in we get, Can I help you? I respond were just looking. He said, What do you need? So I just turned around and walked out. Now I'm not talking about a helpful can I help you. It was why are you in my store and can you leave. Would never buy from this store. They hate to make money I think.

Terrible customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have been to this outlet many times. Today I had a salesperson toss the shoes and boxes I wanted to look at over the sales counter onto the couch where I was sitting. He didn’t engage with me other than to say “those are too big.” When I finally decided on a pair that I wanted, I mentioned one of the laces was cut. When he couldn’t find a pair that matched, I asked if we could swap with another pair. He curtly told me “no”. I handed the shoes back and mentioned his lackluster service, to which he said nothing. I have no intention of returning to the store or brand.

Person working in the store was unhelpful, confrontational, and flat out rude when attempting to request an additional pair of shoes because the one I tried on was scuffed. He seemed relieved when I left and I was as kind and nice as could be. Been shopping this location for 10+ years. Never again - never going back. Bunch of grumpy sour grapes working here. Stay far away from this place

The salesman talked a lot, when we asked him to leave the shoes I was trying on he ignored us and put them away anyways. Kept giving his input on everything it seemed, and it was not welcomed. Every answer was a long explanation. Instead, clear and concise information. One of the few stores that is clean in this outlet place, but probably won't be back. Nice shoe selection for the most part.

My boyfriend and I went in here just to look around. My boyfriend found a shirt he liked while we were walking around and the sales worker came up and asked what size he was holding and told him no that'll be too small for someone your size then asked what his weight was and proceeded to push him for a bigger size when he owns shirts from them and knows what size he wears. Totally unnecessary and also did not ask for his opinion. For someone to come up and ask what your weight is loudly when no one asked you is not needed.

Don't bother going near this store if you have your dog with you. While I understand that each store can decide whether to be pet friendly or not, if your located in a pet friendly mall they may want to put a sign up on their door. My husband and I certainly did not appreciate being barked at by a sales associate and told to get out while he pointed at the door. This store clearly does not care about customer service or in fact making any sales.

Don't waste your time if you're looking for wide shoes... drove from Colorado Springs after a recommendation only to get here and be told they don't have any wide shoes... truly disappointing!
