I liked the fact that I was able to get an earlier appointment than originally scheduled. And that the tech showed up early in the time frame given. My one COMPLAINT is that when finished and gone, there was quite a bit of broken glass on the dashboard and found inside a hat. The clean up wasn’t up to par.
