Safelite AutoGlass as a company really came through during a challenging situation. Hats off to the management of the company to ensure 100% complete customer satisfaction. I will go no-where else for all of my family's glass needs for our vehicles. Thanks again for the top-notch service!

Second time I've scheduled an appointment to have my windshield replaced at the Highlands Ranch location, only to be called a couple of hours later after dropping the vehicle off, and told they don't have the right windshield. Very little accountability by the staff especially the front desk. Not imprressed

Wow. Rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate are understatements. I wish I had read the reviews before scheduling with this Safelite location. Originally scheduled to have my windshield replaced on Tuesday, I arrived at the shop only to find a sign printed in the window saying they wouldn't be working that day. They didn't bother to call me and let me know not to come in, let alone reschedule me. Calling the 1-800 number left me the only option of a guaranteed 8-10 am install from their mobile unit the following Friday. At 8:30 am Friday their technician called and said he'd be there around 12. The subsequent phone calls to get the installation accomplished were met by absurd rudeness, specifically Debora, and then Nick, the store manager, refusing to accept any accountability. Nick said he'd "write Austin (the installer) up" if anything else went wrong. Nick and Deborah need management training. Also, $40 to "recycle" glass?... congratulations on your "company policy" for thievery.

Installed the wrong windshield. My rear view mirror attachment was not able to attach to the windshield button/bracket and I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed.I'd recommend Snow Auto Glass since the owner was the one who replaced the button/bracket so that I could keep my current rear view mirror.

Would not recommend. Text messages sent inaccurate information. Blamed insurance for not sending a piece (ahead of time) for the piece they broke. Poor service. Damaged my car and wrap. Didn’t want to give their insurance information. Had to walk out twice. Eventually left with pieces of my car to get it fixed myself. Process drug out for weeks. Had to file an insurance claim.

Safelite came to my house to replace a rear windshield. Unfortunately part of the "spoiler" on the minivan broke and can't latch properly to the roof of the vehicle now. The technician was great. He told me not to drive so Safelite can properly claim they caused the damage, and he said he would get me scheduled with another visit. I've been patient, but I don't think Safelite cares. The people above him have not escalated my case. I need my van fixed and compensation so my family can get around while I'm working. I ended up contacting the main office myself to schedule an appointment. Very frustrating. Let's see how much longer this continues.Update: I was able to take the van in and the staff members on site were super helpful, friendly, and understanding. They got the claim started, and I'm waiting for the part to arrive so it can be replaced. My main frustration was being told not to drive and then not being contacted, and also when I called the office, the staff member didn't take my call seriously. Bumping the rating to three stars for in-person interactions, but over the phone and waiting for communication holds this rating back.

I have used Safelite on several occasions to replace broken windshields.Normally, I am pleased with their flexibility, price, friendliness, and overall work. However, I recently had the windshield of my Forester replaced. As before, Safelite proved flexible, well-priced, friendly, and provided quality work…with one exception.I noticed, a month later, that the associate who repaired my car damaged the plastic cover which hides the wires which come from the rear-view mirror. Instead of telling me (and offering some form of compensation), the associate put the broken part back without saying a word.I view this as dishonest, and am not sure I will seek them out for future replacements. Honesty in work is paramount for me.

Safelite used to be my go-to windshield company, but no more. After waiting a week for an appointment to have my windshield replaced at their Castle Rock site, I arrived for my all-day dropoff (930am). I gathered my things and went into the store to check in, where I was informed that I was late and would have to reschedule. At first, I thought she was joking! I pointed to their clock, which showed it was exactly 935am. I looked around the lobby, which was empty. I looked through the window into their large multi-bay shop which had one car in it. Outside, there appeared to be three other customer cars.I chose not to argue about it, collected my stuff and walked out. On the heels of a prior poor customer service encounter at this site, I'm going to find someone else to give my business to.

I took my car to get a tiny chip in my windshield replaced and ended up with broken windshield cameras. Zero communication from Safelite. I called 20 numbers and got the same automation that would not allow me to talk to someone. It took a month for Safelite to finally respond and cover the damages ($3500). With the help of Subaru, my car was fixed.

I brought my 2022 vehicle in to repair a cracked windshield. When I returned, the windshield had a 3 inch "imperfection" and they told me that is normal. I asked them to please put in a windshield without a scratch as that is what was being paid for. In addition to the scratch, they also left the interior items unattached and they fell off while driving. They also left a cut on the dashboard about 5 inches long. I asked them to fix it but they claimed it wasn't them. They finally agreed to fix it and I scheduled time to bring my car back in for a full day. I dropped it off again in the morning for a second time and got a call around 5 pm saying it wasn't fixed because their guy didn't show up. So I scheduled another time a few weeks later. I dropped my car off for a third time and waited all day. Around 5pm I received a call again saying that their guy didn't show up and it wasn't fixed. I went to pick it up and got the managers number. I tried calling for two months to get them to fix it but they wouldn't even pick up my phone call or return messages. Finally, I called the managers cell and he hesitantly agreed to schedule a 4th time to get it fixed. I dropped it off for the day and when I went to pick it back up, they had melted the dash to "fix" it. On top of that, I now have a 12 inch white scuff on my hood and scratches around the area that they installed it. They wouldn't even talk to me and we're very short with me. I have never even raised my voice at them and bent over backwards to work with them. This was the worst service I have ever received and they caused thousands of dollars in damage which they refuse to even answer for. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I regret coming here.

I had an appointment to replace my windshield on a weekday. They asked me to drop it off and leave it. Later that afternoon they called and said the warehouse shipped them a defective windshield. I had to go and pick up my vehicle. They said they would call to reschedule. No call came by the following Wednesday. As it was impossible to get anyone on the phone I drove back there and rescheduled for Saturday. I dropped the car off that Saturday morning and by the time I got home they called and said they received a defective windshield once again. After all the trips there I realized they didn’t want my business.

After 4 round trips of 1 1/2 hours each of dropping off and picking my car I am done with Safelite. The 1st time I dropped it off I was told the windshield was in. 5 hours later they call and said they didn't have it. The 2nd time they had it, but claimed they could not do the work until all codes in my id.4 were cleared. The dealership says this is not an issue with the car, but an issue with Safelite that they claim to be able to do the recalibration of the sensors, but their equipment can't do it. Also, this location does not have a published local number, so you can't reach them if you need them. They should have just said they couldn't do it in the first place and saved my wife & I hours of lost time and fuel. Jerks. I would leave a 0 star rating if I could.

What a great service. From booking online, to the technician's professionalism, I had a great experience. Fingers crossed I don't need another replacement anytime soon but when I do, Safelite will be my first call.

Efficient, Polite and Professional service. Was very lucky to be able to set up a next-day in-store appt online. My rear window was replaced within 2 hours of the appointed time.Unfortunately, during the replacement, the inside plastic of my car was damaged. I was informed of the damage when I went to collect my car and was told that they had already ordered the plastic replacement from the dealership. Two days later, I drove back to Safelite, the new plastic was installed within 15 mins. I was very impressed by their service.
