TJ MAXX near Castle Rock Outlet. Have more, unique, and better items than the Colorado Springs TJ MAXX store. Castle Rock TJ MAXX is our favorite store.

I love finding all the good deals at this TJMaxx. However, I do feel like this store has way too many products for the space they are in. I find it overwhelming with all of the products. They could use a bigger space.

Crowded. I rang the "bell" for assistance with a cologne, and it took over 15 minutes for someone to come over. They then had to get someone else because they didn't have keys

My family and I didn’t feel safe shopping here. We were shopping for clothes and wallets for my relatives today. The manager who I believe wore a red rose dress was watching us like a hawk in the baby clothes section. I noticed she kept following us and when we were nearby the door double checking our stuff, she was waiting to see what we would do next. I felt her eyes looking at us, which was so weird. When my family and I were next up in line to check out the lady unexpectedly helped us. While she was scanning our things, she asked if we had a tjmaxx rewards and we did; She kindly scanned the tjmaxx coupons. Her face turned red like a tomato probably embarrassed by the fact we do shop at tjmaxx a lot. I think she felt guilty. As a person of color I don’t feel comfortable knowing I was racially profiled because my cart was full of stuff to buy. I’m not coming back to this tjmaxx store..

Genuinely don’t appreciate it being followed around the store with my family by the manager. To mention I’m a person of color and she was from what seems white. She was kind enough to watch us AND check us out. Not sure if she was expecting us to not pay?
Loved everything I picked up for my family though, people tend to Christmas shop this early guess not a family of color 🤷🏽♀️

3 consistent issues here.
1. This store is so over crowded with stuff, you can’t even use a cart here without rearranging junk in the aisles to get through.
2. The whole shoe section absolutely reeks from the stench of the bathrooms.
3. The checkout line is comically long at all hours of the day and night. I’ve never seen more than 4 cashiers and you can expect to wait at least 30 minutes when the line is full. Today one even paused checking people out to do the credit card sales pitch over the loud speaker. After waiting 30 minutes, I’m not spending an extra second applying for your credit card.

45+ minute wait to check out. Three cashiers with at least 100 customers in line. The line wrapped around the inside of the building three times while there were two clerks at an empty jewelry station laughing about how backed up the line was. I was ready to spend over $100 on very unnecessary impulse buys, I won’t be spending a penny here due to how you treat your customers.
