T.J. Maxx & HomeGoods is a store with an overwhelming and crowded selection of many unique items and good deals. Customers love the store for its well-stocked selection, especially in plus size women's clothes, and find the employees friendly. The store is clean and organized. However, the large amount of products can feel overwhelming for the space. Some note that assistance can be slow and that long lines are a problem, wishing for a specified return lane.

Great service and help throughout the store. The jewelry counter associates are wonderful and the cashier were great with my daughter counting coins to help her pay with her own money
